Yes, McQuagge Electric gives a 1-Year Material Warranty on material supplied by McQuagge Electric and a 1-Year Warranty on McQuagge's Craftsmanship. Materials are the products used to create the electrical system for the equipment. Craftsmanship is the degree of skill with which a material is installed. McQuagge Electric Company shall determine if said item complies with product installation and NEC code.
The 1 Year Craftmanship Warranty covers travel, labor, and office expenses for installation, replacement. Does not cover material or equipment. It starts at the completion of the project.
All the travel, labor and electrical material provided for the installation by McQuagge Electric Company on a project. The Electrical materials are the electrical components used to install the supply to a piece of equipment, or the point to attach a piece of equipment or equivalent. McQuagge Electric will work to replace a piece of equipment that is faulty within the 1 year warranty period if the equipment was provided by McQuagge Electric Company. After the 1 year warranty It will default to the Manufacture Warranty.
The 1 Year material warranty does not cover:
McQuagge Electric Company does not provide a warranty on the equipment. The manufacturer of the equipment may provide a warranty.
The item may be a warranty-covered item, but the way it failed may not. Improper installations, lack of maintenance, and damage outside the warranty scope. Manufactures require us to check these items for warranty compliance and we also have to send some parts off for testing. Until we get those results, it is undetermined if the warranty will cover it. The manufacture does not pay on Non-warranty issues and payment is required for non-warranty covered services. This upfront clarification of charges allows both parties to agree on the process to completion.
Customer-supplied items are not covered under the McQuagge Electric Company warranty. During installation, we do check customer-supplied items for visual damage, and we test after installation is complete for operation. The installation is a warranty-covered item. The item is not covered, examples: Lights, wire, receptacles, etc... McQuagge Electric Company requires these items to be checked for warranty compliance and if the warranty will cover it. Payment is required for our service if not covered under warranty. This upfront clarification of charges allows both parties to agree on the process to completion.
